It's Sango and Kirara! The picture was cute so I thought what the heck.
The title is the same one from the manga, Inuyasha Part 292 by Rumiko Takahashi. It translates to "A Special Girl." You will find the translated script at http://www.wot-club.org.uk/Inuyasha/.
The Sango and Kirara and the flower background images were taken from
