Vegeta Amp

Well here it is by popular demand, Vegeta Amp. I recieved a lot of
requests for a Vegeta winamp skin, so here it is. It isn't the best
skin I have ever made, but it does have a lot of similarities as
a lot of my other skins. It also has some new elements that I thought
I would kind of toy around with. It came out alright, so it is time
to hand it out to you people.
The visulaization was meant to be viewed with normal/thick bands, so
if you are using something else(ex: thin/fire), this is why the vis.
may look a little funny. The skin itself is also viewed best at 32bit
colour at a screen size of 1024x768.
