Simply extract thease files:
make_stylie_default.bat
restore_default.bat
h.gif
stylie.html
to ../winamp/skins/STYLIE/
Then double click make_stylie_default.bat
press refresh on the minibrowser and
ENJOY!
To restore the old click restore_default.bat
