This skin was inspired on the glowing advertises that are seen on Argentine Subways...nothing special about it XD I just like the way some lightning points can make animations

Includes All the necesaries windows for winamp 5.x
Doesn't include mikroamp,mini broser or avs...
Done Entirely in MS Paintbrush
