I guess this is my Christmas present to all of you, or something. Riku isn't even one of my particularly favorite characters or anything. It's just that the moment I set eyes on this image, my brain screamed, "Skin!" and I obeyed. ^^;;
I'm not sure why I called it "Open the Door". I haven't beaten the game yet, so I don't understand completely the significance of that concept, but the whole deal with the dream and Riku extending his hand, it seemed heavily symbolic, so why not?
To be honest, it really reminds me of Auron and Tidus as they're being sucked into Sin. I mean, Sora looks like Tidus, and Riku is so buff he always makes me think of Auron, and Sora struggles his way toward Riku while Riku just stands there. Ah, the deja vu of playing too much Square.
