I won't rate it because I could only rate it "poor" !! Why?? Because you couldn't even bother to skin the AVS !! Shame on you ! The 3 skinned windows are very special, but without the AVS, it's just one more of those "unfinished" Winamp 2 skins !

Extract this file to your AVS directory :-

And select the steeled preset for a customised preset for the skin.
