Simply extract thease files:
make_Knuckle_Duster_default.bat
restore_default.bat
hkdu.gif
Knuckle-Duster.html
to ../winamp/skins/Knuckle-Duster/
Then double click make_Knuckle_Duster_default.bat
press refresh on the minibrowser and
ENJOY!
To restore the old click restore_default.bat
