This is the third installment to the
shocker series. As of before, the
skin was created out of bordom. I
had nothing else to do one day so
I started the creation of this skin.
I worked on it in my spare time over
the time span of about 2 weeks and the
final result wasn't to bad.
As with any of my other skins, If you
have a website and would like to feature
this skin on it you may as long as
credit is given where credit is due.
And as usual, this skin was all origional
to me, so If this skin resembles any
other skins out there, I apologize. Any
resemblences to any other skins was not
intentional.
The programs used to make this skin are
as follows....
PaintShop Pro 7
MS Paint
W.Skinner 2.0 (one of the oldest and best
utilities around for making all of the
bitmaps that make up the main window.
And yes, I know, it sounds like cheating,
but even the best skinners out there use
some kind of program for at least making
the main window bitmaps.)
