Based on Creative Cd-Audio Player graphical user interface.
What's new:
-volume bar bugs fixed
-better animation for shuf/rep and EQ/PL buttons
-added CREATIVE logo in playlist extended mode
-minor changes in main window, playlist and cbuttons
-little changes in viscolor.txt
-new MB bar colors
