It took me nearly three months again, but I finally finished the Eyes skin. Angelette and I came across a pair of images showing Eyes and Kanone with black angel wings and decided to do a "set". This skin is supposed to match hers--well, sort of. They don't really look alike but there should be enough similarities for the two to work together. I hope. Anyway, I wanted to do another 3D skin, like the Tima one, but I forgot how much of a total headache 3D skins can be. -_- I think I would have enjoyed the skinning process more if I didn't also have to experiment with the Winamp Library for the first time. Yes, this skin is compatible with both Winamp 2.9 and Winamp 5 (i.e. I skinned the minibrowser, in case you still used 2.9).
Note that the volume and balance bars are invisible in the main window. I tried to fit them in, but the picture wouldn't permit it. Eyes' eye (heh!) is at the center of the balance bar. The volume bar is somewhere in the tendrils of his hair. I think I skinned everything else. The buttons are hard to see when inactive, but when pressed, the blue fill should make them visible.
I'm pleased with the playlist and the minibroswer/video because the metallic sheen and the brushwork came out pretty nicely. I also like all the bevels and embossing, though it gave me a major headache to figure out. Also like the position bar button, though when I tried to use the same motif in the library scrollbars, it came out looking bizarre due to stretching. Oh well. I'm not so pleased with the library--it was my first time skinning this window, and I came across a lot of quirks that I hadn't anticipated. I especially don't like the way the title text came out, but after redoing it three times, I decided to give up on it.
It's the first skin I've finished using the CS version of Photoshop (yay, I upgraded!), and I have to say, the Copy as Merged feature is perfect for skinning. ^_^ Ugh, dealing with 40+ layers in the playlist PSD would have been awful without that convenient command.
I usually blab on for much longer, but I'm too tired, and I have to start studying for finals. The base image is from kiseki-net.com.
Dedicated to...hm...who should I dedicate this to? Oh, right, BBTroll for patiently sending me the links to download Photoshop CS. ^_^ Anime-Kraze people are, well, crazy, but awfully nice about things like that.

You don't need to ask permission beforehand, but you should, out of courtesy, inform me if you're going to archive it on your site. No skinning programs were used in the making of this skin. Please don't insult me by insinuating that I did. All "handmade", thank you very much.
